Corruption, abuse and exploitation together with irrational thinking distort the logical consistency that the ideal type imposes. Democracy, in its context, is good yet the manner of administration becomes undemocratic especially if the consistency of tire is not administered properly. Public administration also calls for objective criticism (Henry, 1975). As seen in the local and planetary contemporary politics, criticisms have been rampant to fully expose the flaws of the bureaucratic status quo. In its greatest sense, bureaucracy is good yet the manner of addressing criticisms, especially in the case of the leader, is not really adequate.
